What AI assists with

• Extracting structured facts from drawings, specifications, invoices, receipts, and other project documents.
• Summarizing and drafting project communications.
• Matching vendors using business capability, geography, insurance, and performance factors.
• Highlighting possible scope, coordination, compliance, or schedule issues.

What AI does not decide alone

AI does not independently release funds, change vendor bank details, send communications containing money, schedule, scope, lien, legal, or safety commitments, or make final employment or legal decisions. Those actions require configured authorization and human review.

Explanations and review

Where a recommendation may materially affect a vendor or other person, Structum aims to show the principal factors and supporting evidence. Authorized users can correct source data, reject recommendations, and request human review through their organization.

Model and decision records

Structum records the system, model, prompt version, content hashes, timestamp, and review state for governed AI decisions. These records support investigation, rollback, and audit without placing sensitive identifiers into a global search index.

Customer data boundaries

Tenant data is isolated. Structum does not use one customer's private project content to create a decision-memory corpus for another customer. Any future cross-customer learning program requires a separate documented legal basis and product decision.
