Privacy Notice

How Structum collects, uses, protects, and gives you control over personal information in the construction management platform.

Information we process

We process account and contact details, project records, uploaded documents, communications, usage and security logs, and support reports. Customers control the business content they upload and are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide it.

Why we process it

We use information to provide and secure the service, operate requested workflows, support users, improve reliability, comply with law, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

AI-assisted features

Some features extract, summarize, classify, or recommend based on customer content. Material decisions remain subject to human review. See our AI Transparency Notice for system boundaries and review options.

Retention and deletion

Retention is configurable according to customer contracts, applicable construction-record requirements, and legal holds. When a valid legal hold applies, deletion is suspended for the covered records. Backups age out on their normal rotation.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply. Contact privacy@structum.ai and include your organization and account email.

Security and transfers

Structum uses tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, encryption in transit, and encryption for designated sensitive fields. Authorized service providers may process data under contractual safeguards.
