Terms of Use

Baseline rules for using Structum while customer-specific commercial terms remain governed by the applicable order form and master agreement.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use the service only for lawful business purposes, and follow your organization's authorization rules. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the service to infringe others' rights.

Customer content

You retain ownership of customer content. You grant Structum the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and back up that content to provide the service. You are responsible for permissions, notices, and the accuracy of instructions supplied to the platform.

AI outputs and professional judgment

AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect. It is decision support, not legal, engineering, accounting, safety, or other professional advice. Users must review material quantities, commitments, code or safety statements, schedules, and payment-related information before acting.

Construction and payment controls

Structum is software and does not take possession of customer funds. Users must independently verify bank-detail changes using a trusted phone number and follow configured approval controls before releasing payment.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve. Service levels, warranties, liability allocation, confidentiality, data processing, termination, and governing law are defined in the signed customer agreement, not this public summary.
